The Egotex is a manufacturing clothing company based in Slovakia, originally founded in 1998 as a joint venture between the Italian company Corneliani Spa and the Slovak company Ozex s.r.o.
focused on the production of luxury men's suits, jackets, gilets and coats.
In 2021 , the majority share of Corneliani Spa was sold to Ozex and production continues at Egotex with a wealth of
more than 25 years of experience in Italian men's suiting.
We carry out production that is offered for luxury business segment.
Our production premises cover an area of more than 6,500 m2 with 220 employees.
Production consists of the following operations:
● The central cutting room (CAD, CAM) ensures the cutting of parts with maximum precision thanks to computer-controlled 2 automatic LECTRA cutting machines
● The jacket line (classic, sports and semi-lined jackets, coats) produces at least 5.000 pieces per month
● The variable line (trousers, vests) produces at least 3.000 pieces per month
● Final ironing is on the end of each line
● Super strict quality control stages
● Warehouse of finished goods with a capacity of 5,000 suits
in a suspended state
One of the key priorities of the EGOTEX company is the highest quality of product processing, which is managed and controlled in several intermediate operational stages, as well as the final, super-quality control.
We sew products according to customer's patterns based on CM or CMT.
● Technologies we use to create high-quality jackets include: operations made by hand, front pieces made by classic fused or half-canvas methods, lined jackets or half-lined.
● We process fine woolen materials 120S – 220S cashmere, silk, linen, cotton and materials CEREMONIA and JERSEY are processed with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of the manufactured product.
● We make production samples - prototypes according to customer requirements, we implement Made to Measure production and After sale service.
● In serial production, we can flexibly organize small-batch and one-piece production of products.
● We have qualified and experienced staff who guarantee the highest quality and attention to detail.
● We guarantee timely delivery dates and competitive prices.
We speak Italian and English.
We primarily produce CORNELIANI and smaller Italian customers
